Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or technical project management. Experience with IP transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, and cloud technologies and industry processes. Experience in telecommunications at carrier-class scale, with experience of optical networks, DWDM, IP and data services. Experience presenting to executive audiences to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives. Preferred qualifications:
Experience defining system or process requirements, building, integrating, or delivering layer 1, layer 2 or layer 3 network systems. Experience in coding and frameworks with SQL, R, Go or Python. Experience with documentation coding frameworks such as Markdown, Graphviz, PlantUML. Ability to identify, breakdown, and solve processes and technical problems.
