Technical Project Manager – Cloud Adoption & DevSecOps

Required Experience: Strong experience in technical project/program management within infrastructure, cloud transformation, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture environments. Good understanding of cloud adoption, cloud migration patterns, infrastructure modernization, automation, DevSecOps, and platform engineering concepts. Ability to engage technically with architects and engineers while also translating discussions into business ready decisions. Experience working across multiple countries, distributed teams, and regional/global governance models. Experience preparing senior management presentations, steering committee materials, and executive level communication. Knowledge of banking-sector regulatory frameworks and experience embedding controls into technology programs is a plus.
