Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Federal Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume, enterprise-level recruiting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruiting for large strategic accounts, with a focus on IT, engineering, and other technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while meeting demanding hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for large enterprise clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical talent.
  • Partner with Business Development Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
