Technical Sales Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support sales operations and achieve business goals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on quotations to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, process, and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, and related sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as logistics, procurement, operations, and engineering to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
• Support the sales team in tracking orders, project progress, and customer requirements.
