Overview

The Technical Sales Support – Electrical role is a customer‑facing position at the rental counter in Edmonton, AB. The role supports sales transactions and purchasing activities, assists with equipment service coordination, and serves as a key technical liaison between customers and the shop. It also performs a variety of administrative tasks that support day‑to‑day rental operations and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote visits to the branch by outbound calls and by engaging with customers during walk‑in traffic and inquiries for new, used, and rental equipment sales.
• Provide product information, technical support on applications of products, rentals, and quotes, and work to close sales.
• Own the life cycle of an order, from inbound inquiry to invoicing, coordinating with the shop, customers, and vendors.
