Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established and market leading client near Chippenham who urgently require a Technical Sales Advisor to join their busy team. In this key role, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue for the business, duties will include the following : First point of contact for both new and existing customers Dealing with enquiries, gaining an understanding of client's requirements to prepare quotations Responding promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, and phone) with advice, pricing and technical information Developing relationships with existing customers across a diverse product portfolio Researching, identifying and contacting new clients Offering new product advice / updating clients on promotions Following up on quotations, updating the CRM system / sales pipeline Liaison with a number or departments to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines What you will need to succeed: Background in customer service, sa...
