We're hiring a Flow Engineer to help optimise how engineering squads deliver value across Hiscox Re.

This is a hands-on Agile delivery and engineering enablement role focused on improving delivery flow, reducing bottlenecks, enhancing team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional product squads.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Technology Leaders to improve:

Delivery efficiency

Agile maturity

Flow metrics & delivery visibility

CI/CD and engineering practices

Squad health & stakeholder engagement

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• Agile / Lean / Kanban / XP delivery environments

• Coaching engineering or product squads

• Delivery flow optimisation and metrics
