Technical Service Representative (Part Time)

We are hiring immediately for a technical service representative, also called a service agent. In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs. No experience is required—your everyday tech use gives you a strong foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk.
• Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained.
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
