Job Description

As Technical Services Manager (TSM) reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager (STSM), you will work closely with the Operations team to maintain 100% uptime and compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role is primarily based in the Singapore data centre.

A Snapshot

  • Support the STSM with all aspects of data centre operations to achieve 100% uptime.
  • Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team of managers, technicians, and third‑party vendors to plan, manage, and supervise both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for AirTrunk’s customers for works planning, incident management, and reporting.
