Pillar5 Pharma is hiring a Technical Services Specialist/Project Manager to oversee impactful projects. This in-person role emphasizes managing technical transfers and supporting manufacturing processes effectively.
In this one-year maternity leave position, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Science or Engineering along with at least seven years of experience in a manufacturing setting. You’ll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, solving technical issues, and collaborating closely with Prestige colleagues on the Clear Eyes project pipeline to meet strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management from start to finish
• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Align project needs with Prestige team priorities
• Partner with teams during Quality Audits
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Science, Engineering or related field
• At least seven years of project management experience
