• Database and Systems Integrity: Maintain and update the Archibus Asset Management database to ensure completeness with onboard/new projects and accuracy.
• Eliminate duplicate profiles and ensure timely deactivation of terminated employees or contractors in the Gallagher access control system.
• Audit and verify all service providers, employees, and contractors onboarding and terminations, ensuring database hygiene and compliance.
• Systems Asset Management: Capture and track all assets in Archibus, ensuring accurate age analysis and reporting for risk and technical leadership.
• Produce monthly asset age analysis reports to support preventative maintenance planning.
• Preventative maintenance and call-out coordination: Schedule and coordinate monthly preventative maintenance activities in Archibus.
