Serve as a Technical Specialist for AV services, overseeing and providing real-time support for high-stakes meetings. This senior on-site role is crucial for maintaining functionality for Microsoft Teams Rooms and executive events, primarily in Calgary.
In this position, you'll operate as the main point of contact for Audio-Visual challenges, focusing on quick troubleshooting, preemptive maintenance, and support of service requests. Your expertise will be vital during meetings, ensuring equipment is ready and effective, while also managing routine operations when events are not in session.
