The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Receives call and SMS concerning Technical Concern; make outgoing calls to follow-up on technical issues or problem areas until their resolutions; and forward operational concerns to the proper support group.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Office and Excel)
  • Good communication and listening skills
