Job Description

AutoZone de México is looking for an ALLDATA Technical Support Level 2 agent to provide quality customer service and technical support via phone and email. Your responsibilities include diagnosing software and hardware issues, training customers, and documenting solutions in Confluence.

A high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support are required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

This full-time position is based in Chihuahua, MX.
