We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to be the first technical responder for Pollax customers and improve the product based on what you see.

- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
What you will do
- Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues
- Debug API, integration, and configuration problems with customers
- Reproduce bugs and file detailed reports to engineering
- Improve customer-facing documentation and runbooks
- Build internal tools that reduce repeat support load
