Technical Support Engineer (Security System)

ZKTeco Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and technically driven Technical Support Engineer to join the Singapore team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing after-sales technical support for ZKTeco’s security, biometric, and access control solutions across various projects and customer environments.

You will work closely with customers, system integrators, partners, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth deployment, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance of our solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑oriented mindset to deliver high‑quality support and ensure customer satisfaction.
