Overview
The Remote Technical Support & Operations Assistant provides overnight technical and operational support for customers using GOLF24, an indoor golfing simulator business comprised of 5 locations across Australia. The role focuses on resolving technical issues remotely, assisting customers with site access, and completing low-priority administrative tasks during quieter periods. The position operates as part of a distributed support team covering overnight hours and weekend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support (Primary Responsibility)
Provide first-line remote support for customers experiencing issues with simulator systems and facility technology.
Tasks include:
- Troubleshooting projectors, PCs, and Trackman simulator software.
