What You Can Expect

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across a variety of products and software platforms

+ Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all company products and solutions

+ Support customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and/or ticketing systems)

+ Identify, document, and report product bugs, trends, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement
