- Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with IT service management, IKEA processes and tools
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Customer‑oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of project and change management

- Fluent in German and good understanding of English
