Become a vital part of Grantek’s Technical Service & Support team. This role involves providing customer support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for automation systems, with both remote and onsite work.
Grantek is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with 3-5 years of industry experience. The position requires a strong understanding of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and various networking technologies. You'll engage directly with customers to resolve issues, prepare documentation, and train manufacturing personnel on industry systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support remotely and on-site
• Respond immediately to customer inquiries
• Own and close all assigned service calls
