SHINING 3D was founded in 2004 and is an integral leader in high-precision 3D scanners and digital solutions.

To strengthen our support team in Spain, we are looking for a service-oriented individual who enjoys working with people, solving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Process and respond to support tickets related to our Einstar and Rigil products.
  • Support customers with product-related questions and technical issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Develop practical solutions independently and support their implementation.
