Current has an immediate openings for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work on our Technical Support team.  This position will be specifically focused on providing exceptional service to our agents and customers by listening and providing pre and post support for various Current Lighting and Control Systems.
 
Responsibilities

• Leverage your problem-solving skills to propose solutions to challenges of our customers and agents primarily over the phone.  Understand our customers' needs, troubleshoot any issues, and propose the best solution
