Responsibilities: Technical Training and Support: Provide technical trainings and workshops for end-users and partners on Network Cabling Solutions. Answer queries and provide technical support to colleagues and customers. 2. Product Specifications and Sales Support: Prepare and review product specifications for customers, ensuring compliance with network requirements. Assist the Sales Team in promoting and specifying Network Cabling & DC solutions to customers. Assist the Sales Team with technical requests, such as product demonstrations, technical data sheets, and sample boards. 3. Customer Assistance and Demonstrations: Assist customers with their requests, including product demonstrations, technical data sheets, sample boards, and on-site troubleshooting for cabling faults. Conduct presentations and briefings for customers at the Supplier's Experience Centre. Liaise with Supplier and customers for Supplier Certification Training and provide support during the training.
