Technical Training

  • Conducts/creates Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Consolidates TNAs to a Training Plan.
  • Allocates cost to each technical program in the Training Plan for budget purposes.
  • Revises the training plan vs the approved training budget.
  • Plots the training plan to monthly schedules (Training Calendar).
  • Designs and creates technical training programs.
  • Source technical training programs if not internally available.
  • Conducts/facilitates trainings.
  • Evaluates training feedback and revises technical programs as needed.
  • Files and safekeeps applicable records.
  • Prepares required reports.

Organizational Development

  • Conducts training related operational gap analysis/diagnosis.
  • Identifies organizational gaps for continual improvement.
