Plan, organize, and write customer documentation for hardware and software products. Work closely with product development teams to research and understand technical information about the product to write customer documentation for the appropriate audience. Support documentation plans and document outlines; defining audience, determining task list, identifying technical information requirements. Work with outside translation providers to coordinate translated documents. Discover and drive innovative Tech Communication initiatives, which may include developing strategies for intelligent content, content management, and translations. Monitor delivery of documents to ensure they are on time and on budget.
