Job Summary:

The selected candidates will support FM, MEP, and facility maintenance works, including fire alarm maintenance, firefighting maintenance, pump room support, water pumps, motors, controllers, valves, pressure systems, and general technical site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance works as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support fire alarm systems including fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, interface modules, batteries, and related devices.
