Technician

Apply for Permits-to-Work for identified faults with low voltage equipment. Assist in guiding contractors on work safety practices. Follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures. Identify breaches in workplace safety requirements. Liaise with contractors in maintenance work. Perform routine inspections of plant and equipment to identify potential faults or failures. Perform work according to Safe System of Work (SSoW) practices and safety regulations. Respond to emergencies as an emergency response team member. Support his/her team in maintenance and plant improvement projects. Support in preventive and corrective maintenance work of equipment. Support in the troubleshooting processes and rectification of faults.
