Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and diagnosis of laptop and computer issues
• Carry out repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for hardware and software
• Install operating systems, software applications, and perform system formatting
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently
