Technician (Night Shift)

We are seeking motivated and hands-on
Production Technicians
to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of precision laser products and optical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a mechanical, electrical, or electronics background who enjoy working in a technical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of laser products, sub-assemblies, and components according to documented specifications. Carry out fiber handling, splicing, routing, pig-tailing, laser diode operation, and diode replacement activities. Perform optical, mechanical, and electrical assembly work, including rework and component replacement when required. Conduct optical alignment and testing using precision instruments and measurement equipment. Troubleshoot production and test failures, identify root causes, and perform corrective actions.
