Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Specialist, Technology Delivery to oversee the successful execution of product and project deliverables for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, accountability, product development, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
In addition to delivery execution, this role is responsible for coaching Agile teams toward higher levels of effectiveness, fostering psychologically safe team environments, and driving continuous improvement through data-informed decision making.
The Specialist, Technology Delivery will lead a development team and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure delivery of products on time and within budget and scope.
