Technology talent & resource manager

Bluegrass Digital is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Technology Talent & Resource Manager to lead our talent acquisition and resource management function.

This role combines technology recruitment, resource planning, contractor management, client engagement and commercial administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and managing technology talent, supporting our staff augmentation and managed services engagements, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and consultants.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record recruiting within software engineering, digital product development and technology consulting environments. The ideal candidate will understand modern software delivery teams and have experience recruiting and managing talent across disciplines including (but not limited to). NET, React, React Native, Java Script, AI, Cloud, Dev Ops, QA, Product and Delivery.
