About the role
We are hiring OSS specialists across the Plan & Build → Inventory → Fulfilment lifecycle. The environment includes both modern and legacy systems, including GIS tooling and Domino-based applications, plus middleware and automation.
This position is part of a long-term OSS Plan & Build, Inventory, and Fulfilment program for a national telecom client in Finland. The environment spans GIS-based planning tools, legacy Domino systems, and modern OSS middleware, supporting critical network rollout and service delivery processes under strict governance.
What you'll do
Operate Plan & Build systems: ArcGIS / GeoServer / FME
Support Domino applications and workflows (where relevant)
Maintain data quality and integration flows between planning, inventory, and fulfilment
Support CI/CD and automation initiatives (scripts, pipelines, configs)
Collaborate with ops/engineering teams for stable delivery and controlled change
