  • Answers Telephone and Email inquiries from prospective clients.
  • Assist walk-in clients.
  • Encode Customer orders.
  • Prepare customer Sales Invoice Delivery Receipts.
  • Update Sales Agents and Customers regarding the status of the deliveries.
  • Responsible for establishing a good relationship with clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication and listening skills
  • Clear and confident phone voice
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, or Google Workspace)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic customer service and sales skills
  • Experience in telemarketing, call center, or data encoding is an advantage but not required
  • Willing to work flexible schedules or extended hours if needed
  • Ability to handle confidential customer information
