Responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong ability to influence decisions and close sales.
  • Conducting cold / warm calls to prospects and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Experience in Gaming Industry is a PLUS but not required.
  • Maintaining a professional, polite, and calm demeanor when dealing with skeptical or uninterested clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly call targets.
  • Familiarity with and accurately updating CRM / Back Office systems with customer information, call notes, and interaction logs.
