- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to influence decisions and close sales.
- Conducting cold / warm calls to prospects and handling incoming inquiries.
- Experience in Gaming Industry is a PLUS but not required.
- Maintaining a professional, polite, and calm demeanor when dealing with skeptical or uninterested clients.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly call targets.
- Familiarity with and accurately updating CRM / Back Office systems with customer information, call notes, and interaction logs.
