Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, your primary role will be to contact potential players and persuade them to sign up, make a deposit and play on the website. Your goal will be to increase the company's customer base and revenue by successfully promoting our games and promotions through phone conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing and potential new clients to introduce company products and services to convince sales and generate more revenue for the company.
  • Assist and resolve client issues related to company products and maintain good review and impression from the clients.
  • Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
