Job Description

• Encode payment details and compute amounts due.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate records.
• Balance daily collections and prepare reports.
• Keep record of transactions.
• Provide customers with general information or assistance.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling documents.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting or Information Technology (IT).
• Good in computing and accurate with numbers.
• Proficient in encoding and basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel).
