What the role is:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant. As a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting the operations team by creating a fun and engaging experience for our visitors.

What you will be working on:
  • Provide frontline services including ticketing, admissions, and guest assistance
  • Offer information and guidance on products, services, and exhibitions
  • Support visitor interaction with exhibits and digital tools
  • Assist with merchandise display, stock control, and inventory management
  • Respond to guest enquiries and provide first‑level service recovery when needed
  • Enforce safety rules and ensure guest’s safety at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and health & safety standards in all areas
  • Escalate incidents and assist in emergency response procedures
