Our client, one of Australia’s leading energy and resources companies, is seeking a HR Coordinator (temp) to join their Toowoomba office for a short-term role. Due to an increase in activity, they require additional support within the team. The role is expected to run for approximately 6 to 8 months, assisting with the increased workload and providing cover for the HR team during scheduled leave.

About the role:

As a temporary HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating personnel, including scheduling and leave management;
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of field personnel;
  • Liaising with Managers and Supervisors regarding staffing, performance and employee development;
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings;
