Job Description

Within this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager. The Payroll Analyst will support the wider team in the completion of all payroll tasks.

This is a 12 month temporary contract.

A typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Reviewing and inputting all administrative payroll data changes to records for processing of our bi‑weekly and monthly payroll and maintaining records
  • Working with other departments such as Comp & Bens and HRPBs to ensure payroll data is correct and processed accordingly
  • Reconciling each payroll, reviewing all entries and forwarding for approval
  • Ensuring accuracy in all tax information, reconciliations and payments
  • Undertaking Time & Labor processing and administration of time cards
  • Managing the internal inbox with responsibility for responding to employee queries
