Responsibilities Manage reception operations to ensure timely and professional handling of all enquiries Answer and direct phone calls efficiently to support smooth communication flow Coordinate rental bookings for facilities and meeting rooms to maximize usage and client satisfaction Oversee maintenance activities for facilities and building to maintain safety and functionality Liaise with contractors and building vendors to ensure quality service delivery and timely issue resolution Supervise part-time counter staff and develop monthly duty rosters to optimize workforce allocation
