Consultant, Valuation – Job Summary
The Consultant, Valuation works independently on valuations for a variety of complex assignments, applying solid knowledge of appraisal principles across multiple asset types. Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to obtain and understand request and information needs. Prepare complex valuation reports, conducting independent research and collaborating with peers for thorough peer reviews. Contribute to the software databases to maintain high-quality inputs and ensure report integrity. Engage industry experts and communicate valuation questions to clients after report completion. Provide a positive team member experience and excellent client service. Meet monthly budget targets and demonstrate strong work ethic. Qualifications & Requirements
