Job Description
Location: MacLeod Elementary School, located in the community of Moosomin, SK
Term: Start Date: September 2, 2026; End Date: June 25, 2027
Tenure: Temporary
Hours of Work: Equivalent to 6 hours per day student days
In addition to those duties outlined in the job description, duties include supporting students with diverse needs and/or high behavioral needs. The successful applicant may be required to perform the following:
Responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without a lift and up to 120 pounds with 2 man lift or mechanical lift
- Transport students (personal vehicle may be required to transport)
- Attend to personal hygiene and medical needs as required
- Prepare and plan student-based life skills and academic programming under direction of teacher
- Focus on successfully transitioning the student to be able to work with other students and adults
