Join Paladin Security as a temporary Security Dispatcher for the FIFA World Cup in Vancouver, where you will dispatch and coordinate security responses. Help maintain safety and security across multiple sites.
Beginning June 1, 2026, this role allows for both full-time and part-time employment for a duration of six weeks. In the Operations Centre, you will manage communication among security personnel, handle emergency requests, and document vital information. Your ability to stay calm and prioritize tasks will be essential in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of calls and messages
• Dispatch alarm responses and security alerts
• Initiate emergency service calls promptly
• Document incidents into comprehensive reports
• Handle duties as necessary for site safety
Requirements:
• Previous dispatching or call center experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick adaptation skills
