Job Description

My client based in D15 is seeking a Service Co‑ordinator for a 6–8 week temporary assignment.

This role will support the coordination of field service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, strong customer communication, and smooth day‑to‑day service delivery.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing and prioritising incoming service requests and allocating technicians based on urgency, location, and skillset
  • Planning and optimising schedules to maximise productivity and service performance
  • Coordinating maintenance, installations, and reactive call-outs in line with SLAs
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and managing queries
  • Supporting technicians with job details, documentation, and access requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site-specific requirements
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing processes, and accurate job tracking
