As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to a diverse range of users, including clients, apprentices, and internal staff. Reporting directly to the Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to handle support issues through Intercom with clarity, empathy, and urgency.

Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Pay: £17 p/h
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
Work Pattern: 3 days office-based, including Thursdays and Fridays, with 2 days working from home
