Responsibilities

• Provide clinical teaching in adult medical/surgical nursing courses, including lab and theory teaching as needed.
• Supervise and mentor students in clinical or lab environments.
• Apply and evaluate effective teaching strategies.
• Encourage and foster an environment of inquiry, valuing evidence‑informed practice.
• Engage as a member of a faculty team in the development and implementation of course‑related or curricular initiatives.
• Participate in Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and/or applied research activities.

Required Qualifications
