What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on the luxury segment.

  • Build and manage relationships with architects, high-end builders, and developers.

  • Conduct professional presentations and lunch & learns for architecture and design firms.

  • Apply value-added selling techniques to position North Shore Door as the preferred premium solution.

  • Prospect and cold call to identify new opportunities (hunter mentality).

  • Provide education and support on high-end window systems.

  • Represent North Shore Door brand at trade shows and industry events.

  • Work with internal teams on quotes, project management, and customer service.

  • Stay current on design trends and competitive products.

  • We will train the right person who demonstrates potential and motivation.
