We are looking for an independent and driven Territory Manager to develop and grow our Surgery portfolio in Norway, with a strong focus on Hernia Solutions and Breast Reconstruction. This role suits a self-starter who thrives on ownership, frequent travel, and building business from opportunity to execution.

Position highlights: 4 days per week travel, overnight stays, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales performance across Norway for the Surgery portfolio, with focus on Hernia and Breast Reconstruction.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with surgeons, nurses, and decision‑makers.
• Actively manage and influence tender processes, ensuring alignment with procurement requirements and internal stakeholders.
