Job Overview

The territory manager is responsible for managing a geographic sales territory while ensuring market share growth and development of client relationships. The role also includes controlling expenses, training sales staff, maintaining CRM, and forecasting monthly and annual sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Nors Construction Equipment ST products.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with potential customers through on‑site visits.
  • Provide timely monthly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Gather market evaluation information.
  • Prepare initial cost spreadsheets for new business.
  • Facilitate transactions by liaising with clients.
  • Assist with RFQs/RFPs.
