Responsibilities

  • Execute Local Programs: Create and manage area-level tactical programs from launch to post-mortem.
  • Coordinate GTM: Manage local GTM platforms, budgets, and docs for NTM/TBH squads.
  • Guide Rollouts: Clarify policies and processes to support nationwide program rollouts.
  • Bridge NTM & Regional Marketing: Align program rollouts with local customer needs.
  • Evaluate & Optimize Impact: Validate ground insights and conduct post-mortems to scale, adjust, or cut initiatives.
  • Secure Placements: Nominate, negotiate, and monitor OOH, merchandising, and GTM format placements.
  • Manage Executions: Oversees platform ground executions from launch through post-mortem analysis.
  • Analyze Market Insights: Track area performance and trends to recommend trade and execution plans.
  • Report in MORs: Present program updates, findings, and post-mortems in territory meetings.
